Give Women IN Tech the Mic!
We are thrilled to announce the creation of the DiversIT Women's Speakers Bureau, an initiative designed to encourage businesses and organizations to amplify the voices of women in tech across Indiana.
At many tech events, the panelists often come from tech-adjacent fields rather than being directly involved in the technical aspects of the industry. This trend can inadvertently sideline the expertise and perspectives of women who are actively engaged in tech roles. It's time to change this narrative.

Encourage Diverse Representation: Ensure that women in tech are well-represented at conferences, workshops, and other professional gatherings, offering their unique insights and experiences.
